JOHN PASCOE

John, the Managing Director of Pascoe & Co, has over 40 years of experience in tax, audit and accounting. John was a partner in Pascoe Whittle from its inception in 1994 until its demerger in 2021. Prior to this he had extensive experience in both big four and mid-tier firms. John is a tax agent, SMSF and Registered Company Auditor and an industry leader in the Not-for-Profit sector. He is the Chair of the Sydney Diocesan Services (SDS), a member of the Standing Committee of the Anglican Diocese of Sydney and the Deputy Chair of its Finance Committee.
MELINDA WEST
B.Com, CPA
Melinda West has over 30 years’ experience in all facets of accounting, audit and taxation. At Pascoe & Co her areas of expertise are taxation and superannuation. She is the firm's self-managed superannuation fund specialist providing both accounting and audit services. Another area of interest is in providing accounting and taxation services to barristers as they start out at the bar and grow their practice. Melinda also has governance experience, having served on a number of Not-for-profit boards.
CHRIS SCHIPP
B.Bus, CA
Chris is our key client account manager and has more than ten years of experience. He manages tax, accounting and audit engagements and has particular experience in dealing with clients in the Not-for-Profit sector. As our systems and migration specialist he possesses a high degree of knowledge in a wide range of Accounting systems and software, often assisting clients in updating their processes.
MISTY GOWARD

Misty has a broad range of experience in accounting, audit and taxation including for individuals, companies, trusts and SMSF’s. In particular she has over 10 years’ experience assisting small business clients in meeting their reporting, tax and compliance obligations and is our in house payroll specialist.
JULIE PEARSON
B.Bus, CA
Julie is the Senior Auditor at our firm, having over 30 years of experience. Julie has previously worked within a big four firm and is our Not-for-Profit audit specialist, with significant experience in all areas of auditing, especially churches. She has also had extensive experience in governance of Not-for-Profits having been a Director for 12 years on the Anglican Schools Corporation and its Finance and Audit Committee. She has been appointed on several independent school councils for over 20 years.
PAUL MARQUET
Paul has many years of experience of working within an accounting firm and within the Not-for-Profit sector. He deals at a general level across many areas of practice within our firm – accounting, taxation and audit. He works to ensure that our clients' needs are met and their questions answered as well as seeking to resolve client issues directly with the ATO & ASIC.
HUGO FOSTER
Hugo is currently completing a Bachelor of Commerce at Macquarie University as well as working with us on a part time basis. He is eagerly picking up all aspects of accounting and taxation.
HARRY COURT
Harry is currently completing a Bachelor of Commerce at The University of Sydney as well as working with us on a part time basis. He is eagerly picking up all aspects of accounting and taxation.
